Mancuso's Pizzeria

Pancit is the term for noodles in Filipino cuisine.  Noodles were introduced into the Philippines by the Chinese and have since been adopted into local cuisine.  Paancit is often eaten at birthday celebrations.

Lumpia is a traditional Filipino dish.  It is similar to egg rolls.  It can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer.

 Longanisa is a popular Filipino chorizo or sausage.  It is usually made of pork with a little garlic, tomato sauce and spices.

Chicken tocino is a much loved Filipino breakfast dish.  It has a sweet and spicy flavor that Filipino's love.
 

Pork tocino is similar to ham and bacon.  It is often reddish in color and has a sweetish taste.  Tocino is a Spanish  word used to describe cured meat like bacon.
